The
2002 family campout at scenic Mission Bay, San Diego will offer a variety of
nation-sponsored events. Other activities include: beaches, volleyball,
basketball, bike rentals, and watercraft rentals. Nearby attractions
include Seaworld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Old Town San Diego, and miles
of beautiful beaches.

per Family -- wampum is due by March 25, 2002
Lodging:
Campsites for two nights are reserved (grouped by
tribe). Sites will accommodate tent camping or RVs with hookups.
Pop-up tent trailer rentals are available (transported and set-up at your site)
at (619) 234-2193.
Bring:
Camping gear, warm clothes, beach chairs, food,
firewood, and tribal property. Plan on cool nights and warm days.
Nation
Games and Skits: Five tribes will each sponsor one event at the Nation
Games and provide two awards (Chiefs Award/Braves Award) for presentation at
awards ceremony.
Awards should match the event. Five tribes will each perform a skit
at the nation campfire.
Directions: Interstate
5 South from Orange County through San Diego to Balboa / Garnet exit.
Take Garnet west (right) to Olney Street. Take Olney
south (0.3 miles) to Campland on the Bay.
